Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar

Arrive in Zanzibar and check into your accommodation.

Spend the day exploring Stone Town, visiting historical sites such as the Old Fort, Palace Museum, and wandering through the narrow streets filled with vibrant markets and colorful architecture.

Relax on the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar and enjoy the sunset.

Day 2: Zanzibar

Take a spice tour to learn about Zanzibar’s rich history of spice cultivation and trade.

Visit the Jozani Forest to see the rare red colobus monkeys and explore the mangrove ecosystem.

Day 3: Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park

Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha.

Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its large herds of elephants and baobab trees.

Go on an afternoon game drive to spot wildlife such as lions, leopards, giraffes, and various bird species.

Stay overnight at a lodge or campsite near the park.

Day 4: Tarangire National Park to Serengeti National Park

Depart early for Serengeti National Park, renowned for its vast plains and annual wildebeest migration.

Enjoy a game drive en route to the Serengeti, stopping to observe wildlife along the way.

Arrive in the Serengeti and settle into your accommodation.

Take an evening game drive to witness the sunset over the savannah and search for nocturnal animals.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Spend the day exploring the Serengeti on game drives, searching for the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceroses) and other wildlife.

Visit the Serengeti Visitor Center to learn about the park’s ecosystem and conservation efforts.

Optional safari for a unique perspective of the park (advance booking required).

Day 6: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping for a morning game drive in the Serengeti.

Drive through the stunning landscapes of the Ngorongoro Highlands, passing Maasai villages and picturesque scenery.

Arrive at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater and check into your lodge or campsite.

Enjoy the evening overlooking the crater and its diverse ecosystem.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive, one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day.

Explore the crater floor, which is home to a high concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, and flamingos.

Picnic lunch by the hippo pool while surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

Ascend from the crater in the late afternoon and return to your accommodation.

Transfer to accommodation in Arusha or transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey or extend your trip to other destinations in Tanzania.
