6 Days Usambara Mountains Trek with Manyara Club

Embark on an unforgettable 6-day trekking adventure through the stunning Usambara Mountains with Manyara Club. Nestled in the northeastern region of Tanzania, the Usambara Mountains offer some of the country’s most breathtaking landscapes, rich biodiversity, and vibrant cultural encounters. This trek is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, and adventure seekers looking to explore untouched forests, charming villages, and panoramic viewpoints.

Why Trek the Usambara Mountains?

The Usambara Mountains are part of the ancient Eastern Arc Mountain range, often called the “Galápagos of Africa” due to their unique flora and fauna. Unlike the popular Kilimanjaro trek, this journey offers a less crowded, more immersive experience in nature. You’ll walk through lush rainforests, rolling hills, fertile valleys, and hidden waterfalls while interacting with the friendly local communities of the Sambaa and Pare tribes.
